Welcome to Origin Moment.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of originmoment.com (the “Website”) and the personalized digital products and services provided through the Website by the legal seller operating as Origin Moment (“Origin Moment”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order through an action clearly indicating an obligation to pay, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and the information applicable to your order and that you accept them.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right, statutory remedy, warranty, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

If you place an order on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
4. Information You Provide
Origin Moment is created using information supplied or selected by you, which may include:
- names;
- dates;
- locations;
- relationship information;
- gift-recipient information; and
- other personalization information.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- checking names, dates, locations and other personalized details;
- reviewing the available Preview before purchase where a Preview is provided; and
- correcting errors that can reasonably be identified before you place the order.
The Website will provide a reasonable opportunity to review and correct relevant order information before the action that creates an obligation to pay.
If you provide personal information relating to another person, including a spouse, partner, family member or gift recipient, you represent that you are lawfully entitled to provide that information for the purpose of creating the Origin Moment.
You must not knowingly provide information that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive or infringes the rights of another person.
5. Preview
Origin Moment may allow you to generate a Preview before purchase.
A Preview:
- allows you to review the personalized product before ordering;
- may contain a visible ORIGIN MOMENT · PREVIEW watermark or similar protection;
- is not the final issued product;
- does not include usable final owner credentials;
- may not include a usable permanent QR identity; and
- does not by itself constitute a completed paid purchase.
You should review the Preview carefully before placing your order.
6. Placing an Order
Before you submit a paid order, the Website will clearly present the material information applicable to the transaction, including, where relevant:
- the principal characteristics of the product or service;
- the applicable price;
- applicable taxes and other charges;
- the total amount payable;
- accepted payment methods;
- digital-delivery information;
- applicable cancellation or withdrawal information; and
- the information required to identify and contact the seller.
You will be given an opportunity to review and, where technically applicable, correct order information before placing the order.
Where activating a button or similar function creates an obligation to pay, that function will use clear and unambiguous wording indicating that placing the order creates a payment obligation.
Generating a Preview, preparing an order or saving information before payment does not by itself mean that payment has been completed or that a final Origin Moment has been issued.
For paid orders, the contract between you and Origin Moment is formed when:
- you submit the order through the clearly identified payment-obligation action;
- payment is successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed by the applicable payment provider; and
- Origin Moment accepts the order and provides or makes available the required contractual confirmation.
For authorized complimentary or promotional issuance, no bank payment is required, and the applicable service arrangement is formed when Origin Moment authorizes and issues the digital product.
We may refuse or cancel an order before final issuance where reasonably necessary because of:
- payment failure;
- fraud;
- unlawful use;
- technical impossibility;
- a material pricing error;
- security concerns;
- abuse of the service; or
- another legitimate reason.
If we cancel a paid order that has not been properly delivered, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.
7. Contract Confirmation and Durable Electronic Record
After a distance contract is concluded, Origin Moment will provide the customer with the required contractual information and confirmation through a durable electronic medium where required by applicable law.
This may include, depending on the available purchase flow:
- an email confirmation;
- a downloadable confirmation document;
- a downloadable or otherwise storable transaction record designed to be reproduced without alteration; or
- another legally sufficient durable electronic medium.
Where required, this confirmation will be provided no later than the time prescribed by applicable law and, where relevant, before digital-service performance begins.
The confirmation may include or reference:
- the product purchased;
- order or transaction information;
- the price and amount paid;
- applicable Terms;
- applicable withdrawal or cancellation information;
- Digital Delivery information;
- Refund Policy information; and
- seller contact information.
You should retain this confirmation together with any Certificate ID, owner-access information or recovery information provided to you.
The Website will be designed so that the contractual information applicable to the completed transaction can be stored or otherwise made available to the customer in a form capable of later reference and unchanged reproduction where required by applicable law.
8. Prices, Currency and Payment
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed before you submit the order.
Prices, promotions and product offerings may change for future orders. A later price change does not alter the price of an already completed transaction.
Before purchase, the Website will display:
- the applicable currency;
- the product price;
- applicable taxes where required; and
- any additional charges payable to Origin Moment.
Online payment processing is not currently available. Preparing an order does not charge you. When online payments are enabled, payment may be processed by a bank, acquiring institution, payment gateway, digital-wallet provider or another third-party payment service.
Payment providers may apply their own terms and security procedures.
Where payment information is entered directly into a third-party payment environment, Origin Moment does not receive or store full payment-card credentials unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may separately impose currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees or other charges outside Origin Moment’s control. Such third-party charges are not part of the price charged by Origin Moment unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Immediate Digital Performance and Your Consent
Origin Moment is a personalized digital product and service that is ordinarily intended to be generated and delivered shortly after successful payment verification.
Where applicable consumer law grants a withdrawal period before digital content is supplied or a service is fully performed, the purchase interface may inform you that by activating the payment action you request immediate digital performance.
Where legally required, the interface will also communicate the consequences that immediate or completed digital performance may have for a statutory right of withdrawal.
The Website should present this information clearly and without unnecessary friction.
The approved checkout wording is:
By clicking “Pay & Create”, you agree to the Terms and request immediate digital delivery.
When online payments are enabled, this wording will be presented immediately before the payment action.
Where applicable law requires additional consent, acknowledgement or information beyond this wording, Origin Moment will provide it in the legally required manner.
Nothing in this section removes a statutory right unless all legal conditions for doing so have actually been satisfied.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable law grants you a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, the ordinary withdrawal period may be 14 days from the legally prescribed starting point.
For example, under applicable Armenian consumer law, subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract from the date the contract is concluded.
The right may not apply, or may cease to apply, in circumstances established by law, including certain circumstances involving:
- digital content supplied without a tangible medium after performance begins with the legally required consent and acknowledgement;
- fully performed services after performance begins with the legally required consent and notice; or
- other statutory exceptions.
If a statutory withdrawal right applies, the customer may exercise it by sending Origin Moment an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw within the applicable period.
Contact details and the procedure for requesting a withdrawal are set out in the Refund Policy. Your transaction confirmation may also include this information.
Where a valid withdrawal occurs, refunds will be handled within the period and using the method required by applicable law.
11. Digital Delivery
Origin Moment is delivered electronically.
Depending on the product and current feature set, delivery may include:
- the final personalized certificate;
- a downloadable PDF;
- a Certificate ID;
- a permanent QR-linked Time Capsule;
- private owner access;
- recovery functionality; and
- sharing functionality.
No physical delivery is included unless specifically stated before purchase.
Digital issuance ordinarily occurs after:
- successful payment verification or authorized complimentary/promotional issuance; and
- successful completion of the required fulfillment process.
Reasonable technical processing may be necessary.
After issuance, access your certificate through the private owner page. Use “Download PDF” to download the certificate and “Open Time Capsule” to view the capsule. The QR code on the final certificate also opens its public Time Capsule.
If your certificate, PDF or Time Capsule is unavailable, contact us using the support details in Section 2 with your Order ID or Certificate ID. We will investigate and attempt to complete or restore delivery. The Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
If a paid Origin Moment cannot be supplied within an agreed or legally required period, the customer retains all remedies available under applicable law.
12. Personalized Nature, Cancellation and Refunds
Origin Moment is individually generated using customer-selected names, dates, locations and other information.
Some components are therefore highly personalized.
However, personalization does not remove mandatory consumer rights unless applicable law expressly provides an exception and its legal conditions are satisfied.
Refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, defective performance and related matters are governed by:
- applicable mandatory law;
- these Terms; and
- the Refund Policy.
If there is a conflict, mandatory consumer-protection law takes priority.
Origin Moment does not apply a blanket “all sales are final under all circumstances” rule where doing so would remove a statutory consumer right.
13. Customer Errors and Origin Moment Errors
Customer-provided errors
You are responsible for reviewing the information that you provide or approve before purchase.
If the final product accurately reproduces incorrect information supplied or approved by you, that fact alone will generally not constitute a defect in Origin Moment’s performance.
We may nevertheless offer correction or reissue options in appropriate circumstances.
Origin Moment errors
If the issued Origin Moment materially differs from the information you correctly submitted and approved, or the digital product is defective because of an error attributable to Origin Moment, please contact us.
Subject to applicable law, appropriate remedies may include:
- correction of the defect;
- replacement or reissue;
- restoration of missing digital access;
- proportionate price reduction;
- another legally appropriate remedy; or
- refund where required.
Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming services.
14. Corrections and Reissues
Issued Origin Moments are designed as frozen records of the product as it existed at the time of issuance.
For integrity and security reasons, an issued certificate may not simply be silently rewritten.
Where a correction or reissue is approved, Origin Moment may instead:
- preserve the original stored record;
- mark the previous certificate as superseded or inactive;
- issue a replacement Certificate ID;
- issue a new permanent QR identity; and
- issue new owner or recovery credentials.
An old superseded public QR or owner credential may cease to provide access and does not have to redirect to the replacement unless Origin Moment expressly provides otherwise.
This architecture is intended to preserve the integrity and history of issued digital records.
It does not limit any remedy that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
15. Astronomy, Historical and Other Generated Information
Origin Moment may calculate or present astronomical, historical, cultural, chronological or related information using software, datasets and third-party information sources.
Astronomical visualizations are generated using the selected date, location and relevant astronomical parameters.
Historical content may depend on third-party datasets, structured information, source availability and editorial-selection logic.
We take reasonable steps to provide accurate and meaningful results. However:
- historical sources may contain omissions, inconsistencies or later corrections;
- third-party datasets may change;
- third-party services may become temporarily unavailable;
- calculated information has technical limitations; and
- editorial selection may evolve for future products.
Origin Moment is an emotional and informational keepsake.
It is not intended for:
- professional astronomical measurement;
- navigation;
- scientific research requiring certified measurements;
- legal evidence;
- medical decision-making;
- financial advice; or
- safety-critical use.
Any zodiac, astrological or similar cultural content, where offered, is provided for personal, cultural or entertainment purposes and is not a professional prediction or factual guarantee concerning future events.
16. QR Codes, Time Capsules and Public Access
A final Origin Moment may contain a QR code linked to a public digital Time Capsule.
Anyone who obtains the public QR code or corresponding public URL may be able to view the associated public Time Capsule.
Accordingly:
- a permanent public QR is not an ownership credential;
- possession of a Certificate ID alone does not establish ownership;
- public Time Capsule access does not grant private owner access; and
- sharing a certificate may also share access to information available through its public QR.
The term “permanent QR” describes the stable public identity assigned to an issued Origin Moment.
It does not constitute a promise that internet infrastructure, hosting providers, domain systems or particular technologies will operate without interruption forever.
Origin Moment is designed with long-term accessibility in mind, but unless a specific legally binding service period is expressly promised at the time of purchase, we do not guarantee perpetual or uninterrupted availability for any specific number of years.
Mandatory rights concerning the provision, conformity or continuity of a digital service remain unaffected.
17. Owner Access and Recovery
Owner functionality may be protected through one or more of the following:
- a private owner link;
- Recovery Code;
- secure owner session;
- verified recovery email; or
- another secure recovery mechanism provided by Origin Moment.
These credentials are separate from the public QR code.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of private owner links, Recovery Codes and comparable credentials.
Do not intentionally publish private owner credentials.
Where email recovery is offered, verification or recovery may use time-limited and single-use links.
Origin Moment may refuse a recovery request where entitlement to the requested private access cannot reasonably be established.
18. Sharing
Origin Moment may allow an owner to share the final certificate.
A shared certificate may contain the same information visible on the issued final certificate, including its permanent public QR.
Sharing is voluntary.
Once you send, post, save or distribute a certificate outside Origin Moment, third-party services and other persons may copy, store, redistribute, crop, modify or otherwise process it.
Origin Moment cannot revoke copies that have already been distributed outside systems controlled by Origin Moment.
You are responsible for considering the privacy and rights of any other person whose information appears on the certificate before making it public.
19. Your Content and Data You Provide
You retain any rights you have in information or material that you provide to Origin Moment.
You grant Origin Moment a limited, non-exclusive right to process, reproduce, format and display that information only as reasonably necessary to:
- create the requested Origin Moment;
- generate the certificate, PDF and Time Capsule;
- provide owner and recovery functionality;
- deliver and maintain the purchased digital product;
- provide customer support;
- perform sharing actions requested by you; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable consumer law gives you rights concerning content or data you supplied or created while using a digital service, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
Our processing of personal data is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
20. Origin Moment Intellectual Property
Except for customer-provided or third-party material, the Origin Moment service and its underlying materials are owned by or licensed to Origin Moment, including where applicable:
- the Origin Moment name and branding;
- visual design;
- certificate layouts and templates;
- software;
- source code;
- algorithms;
- graphics;
- user interface;
- written copy; and
- proprietary selection, arrangement and presentation of content.
Purchasing an Origin Moment does not transfer ownership of Origin Moment’s software, trademarks, templates, platform or underlying technology.
Subject to these Terms, the customer receives the right to use, save, print and voluntarily share the legitimately issued final certificate and related personal digital keepsake for lawful personal purposes.
You may not copy or commercially exploit Origin Moment’s software, platform, templates or branding to build or operate a competing service without authorization.
21. Acceptable Use
You must not use Origin Moment to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes;
- distribute malware or harmful code;
- interfere with the Website or its infrastructure;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized owner, administrative or private access;
- bypass payment or security controls;
- abuse promotional or complimentary issuance systems;
- systematically extract protected platform content without authorization;
- conduct security testing that risks other users or the service; or
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
Origin Moment may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, payment infrastructure or legal compliance.
22. Technical Compatibility and Software Updates
Origin Moment is primarily a web-based service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- the customer is not required to install dedicated Origin Moment software;
- certificates and Time Capsules are accessed through commonly used modern web browsers or standard PDF-compatible software;
- some features, including native sharing, QR recognition or PDF handling, may depend on the capabilities of the customer’s device, browser or operating system.
Material technical requirements or known compatibility restrictions applicable to a product will be disclosed before purchase where required.
Origin Moment may apply server-side software, security and functionality updates to the Website, Time Capsule, owner system and related hosted services.
Because these hosted updates are performed by Origin Moment, customers generally do not need to install them manually.
Where applicable law requires updates necessary to maintain conformity, security or functionality of digital content or digital services, Origin Moment will provide or apply such updates for the legally required or contractually promised period.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, Origin Moment does not promise that any particular third-party browser, operating system, device model or external platform will be supported indefinitely.
23. Third-Party Services
Origin Moment relies on third-party infrastructure, information and service providers.
These may include services relating to:
- hosting and cloud infrastructure;
- databases;
- domain and network services;
- email;
- geographic information;
- astronomical calculations or datasets;
- historical information;
- payment processing; and
- operating-system or platform sharing functions.
Third-party systems may experience outages, changes or discontinuation.
Origin Moment may replace a provider where reasonably necessary.
Doing so will not intentionally alter the immutable personalized content of an already issued Origin Moment and will not remove mandatory rights associated with a completed purchase.
24. Service Availability and Changes
Origin Moment may maintain, secure, improve or modify the service over time.
This may include changes to:
- future product features;
- visual interfaces;
- infrastructure;
- data providers;
- payment providers;
- security mechanisms; and
- future versions of the product.
An issued immutable Origin Moment will not be silently rewritten merely because the current product changes.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- security incidents;
- network or infrastructure failures;
- third-party outages; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where an interruption affects a contractual obligation, statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
25. Privacy and Security
Our collection and processing of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Origin Moment uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect private access and credentials.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
You should protect:
- private owner links;
- Recovery Codes;
- access to an email account used for recovery; and
- other private credentials.
Public QR codes and public Time Capsules should not be treated as private storage.
26. Suspension and Termination
Origin Moment may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of:
- unlawful activity;
- fraud;
- material breach of these Terms;
- attacks on or abuse of the service;
- unauthorized-access attempts;
- legal requirements; or
- serious security risks.
Any action should be proportionate to the circumstances where reasonably possible.
Suspension or termination does not remove mandatory consumer rights relating to a paid product.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Origin Moment is provided subject to the descriptions and commitments expressly made in these Terms and at the time of purchase.
We do not promise that:
- the Website will operate without interruption at all times;
- every third-party provider will remain continuously available;
- every historical source will be complete or undisputed; or
- the service will be suitable for purposes for which it was not designed.
Nothing in this section excludes any statutory warranty, conformity requirement or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
28. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
Subject to those rights and to the extent permitted by law, Origin Moment is not responsible for losses arising solely from:
- inaccurate information supplied or approved by the customer;
- unauthorized disclosure of private owner credentials by the customer;
- use of Origin Moment for a purpose for which it was not designed;
- acts of third-party platforms after a customer voluntarily shares a certificate; or
- circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Any limitation in these Terms must be interpreted only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
29. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection legislation may give you rights in addition to those described in these Terms.
These Terms are not intended to waive, restrict or reduce those rights.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule applicable to you, the mandatory rule applies to the extent of the conflict.
30. Complaints and Customer Support
If you believe that an Origin Moment has not been supplied correctly or you have another problem concerning an order, contact Origin Moment using the support details published on the Website.
When contacting support, provide sufficient information to identify the relevant order or certificate.
Do not publish or send private Recovery Codes or private owner links through an insecure public channel unless specifically requested through a secure support procedure.
Complaint procedure
Origin Moment will:
- receive the complaint through published support channels;
- identify the relevant order or certificate where possible;
- review the circumstances and applicable consumer rights;
- request additional information only where reasonably necessary;
- propose an appropriate resolution where the complaint is justified; and
- communicate the outcome without undue delay.
Potential remedies may include correction, reissue, restoration of access, price reduction, refund or another remedy required by law.
Out-of-court resolution
Origin Moment does not require consumers to submit disputes to mandatory private arbitration unless a legally valid separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, Origin Moment and the consumer may, where appropriate and mutually agreed or provided by applicable law, use a lawful out-of-court dispute-resolution procedure, including mediation or another competent consumer dispute-resolution mechanism.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from contacting a competent consumer-protection authority, regulator, mediator, court or other body available under applicable law.
31. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and contracts entered into through Origin Moment are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
We encourage customers to contact Origin Moment before beginning formal proceedings so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a competent court or another lawfully available dispute-resolution process.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a court, regulator or consumer-protection mechanism that applicable law makes available.
32. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control
To the extent permitted by law, Origin Moment is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include:
- major network failures;
- widespread infrastructure outages;
- natural disasters;
- governmental restrictions;
- war or major civil disruption;
- serious external cyber incidents; or
- failures of critical third-party infrastructure outside our reasonable control.
This section does not remove refund, termination or other rights that mandatory law provides where contractual performance cannot be completed.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes to Origin Moment;
- changes in applicable law;
- payment or infrastructure changes;
- security requirements; or
- other legitimate business needs.
The current version will display its effective date.
Changes normally apply prospectively.
A later version of these Terms will not be used to retroactively remove contractual or mandatory rights attached to an already completed purchase.
Where a material change affects an ongoing digital service and applicable law requires notification or another remedy, Origin Moment will comply with those requirements.
34. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Where possible, the invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only as far as necessary to make it lawful.
35. No Waiver
If Origin Moment does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with policies and information expressly incorporated into the purchase process, including the applicable:
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund Policy; and
- Digital Delivery information in Section 11 of these Terms,
form the contractual terms governing the relevant Origin Moment purchase, subject to mandatory law.
Specific information displayed at checkout for the individual order, including product, price, currency, delivery information and any required statutory consent, forms part of the transaction.
37. Language
Origin Moment may provide the Website and these Terms in multiple languages.
Translations are intended to make the service and contractual information accessible to customers.
For consumers in the Republic of Armenia, mandatory consumer and seller information will be made available in Armenian where required by Armenian law.
Origin Moment may continue to offer other product interfaces in additional languages.
Where multiple language versions of these Terms exist, no language provision may be interpreted to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or legally required information.
If applicable law requires a particular language version to prevail or be provided to a particular consumer, that legal requirement applies.
38. Contact
Questions concerning these Terms, an order or a consumer complaint may be sent using the official Origin Moment contact information published on the Website.
